What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you need and any message you send. If you call or message us we keep a record of that contact so we can quote and carry out the work.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote your job, carry out the work and keep records for tax and insurance. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, performance of a contract and legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for six years for accounting and warranty purposes.
Sharing and cookies
We don't sell your data. This site may use analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure how people find us; these are only set where required consent has been given.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Ring the number above and we'll sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
